Important Things to Know
The cardholder billing and shipping address must be the same. Please provide accurate contact details.
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. Typical arrival of your workbook is within a week of registering for online MRT Connect.
If you haven’t heard from and MRT Admin within 24 hours of registering, please feel free to give us a call at (386) 437-0026. Mon, Wed, or Friday 11PM-6PM EST. Those are the direct hours for MRT administration. Tuesday & Thursday will be answered by Break the Cycle staff and you will be helped accordingly.
Technology Requirements
There are no special Zoom requirements other than the basic Zoom Workplace app. You can get it here -OR- press the Zoom logo for all devices and computers:

You can run our HIPAA 256-bit encrypted MRT sessions on any device, laptop, or desktop! However, you may not operate a motor vehicle while attending group.
You will need an active camera and audio on your device, a built-in camera on a laptop, or an attached webcam for desktop. You must remain on video for the duration of group. You may be excused if you need to use the restroom.
